Who we are

Fineshoppes operates this checkout. Customer care email: orders@fineshoppes.com.

Information we collect

When you check out, we collect the name, email address, and U.S. shipping address you enter, plus the order details sent from the shop: item, options, quantity, item price, and shipping charge.

Card and wallet payments are entered on Stripe Checkout. Fineshoppes Pay does not store your full card number. Stripe processes the payment and tells us whether it succeeded, along with the amount paid.

How we use it

We use this information to take payment, send a receipt, fulfill the order, handle cancellations and returns, and answer questions you send to orders@fineshoppes.com.

Advertising measurement

On pay.fineshoppes.com, a Meta pixel records that the checkout page was viewed and that payment started or finished, so we can measure ads that led to a Fineshoppes shop. The pixel is not loaded on other host names. You can limit this in your browser or Meta ad settings.

Sharing

We share shipping details with the shop and the supplier who makes or ships the item, and payment details with Stripe to complete the charge or refund. We do not sell your personal information.
