All checkout takes place securely on pay.fineshoppes.com.
10-day return window
You can return any item within 10 days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind or sizing.
How to start a return
Email orders@fineshoppes.com with your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping
For a standard return, you pay return shipping and use a tracked service.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email orders@fineshoppes.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We send a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive the item, we send a full replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping charge.
Cancellations
You receive a full refund when you ask to cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins. Email orders@fineshoppes.com with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Fineshoppes Pay within 5–10 business days of item receipt.
